The space was cute, cozy and well-maintained. As other reviews have mentioned, the owners live above the airbnb, and it can get pretty loud at times. But overall we had an enjoyable stay!

I had a great stay at Pieter and Charlotte’s place, it’s very spacious and clean and the view is outstanding. Charlotte was very communicative and friendly. I did wish the hot tub area was more private since it overlooks their living room but you can still enjoy a peaceful time with an amazing view. I totally recommend staying here!

Pieter and Charlotte went above and beyond to make our stay a relaxing and comfortable one. Beautiful home. They live upstairs so it's accessible to get help from them if needed. Especially if you're a grown child like me and my boyfriend. I can't say enough nice things about their recommendations about where to go locally to visit and inviting us into their home to chat. I would highly recommend.

Charlotte and Pieter were such wonderful hosts. Pictures do not do this place justice. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The hot tub was an amazing addition to my stay. Truly was a very relaxing stay with some of the best views I’ve ever seen. It was also conveniently located to downtown Boulder. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore Colorado.

Pieter and Charlotte communicated well, it was private and the got tub was great. It is underneath their home so you do hear them sometimes.
