This is second time I have stayed at this Airbnb while visiting family in the Niwot area. The location is great- nice restaurants coffee shops and walking trails close by. It’s a very nice place to stay

Loved this cozy spot! I was teaching at a local studio over the weekend and reserved this cozy place to stay after long training days. It was warm and well-equipped for a relaxing weekend stay. Will book again when I visit for future trainings!

We were pleasantly surprised with AnneMarie’s basement unit. It was comfortable for us, the beds were comfortable and having the 1/2 bath in addition to the full bath was a nice and helpful bonus. The location is an easy walk to several very good cafes for breakfast along with a supermarket if you need anything. Anne Marie and her husband were very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

My family and I had a great stay at MarieAnne’s. She graciously offered to provide a pack n play and high chair. The space had everything we needed for a long weekend. Even though there was no built in stove/oven, a plug in stove top and toaster oven were provided and worked wonderfully. Would stay again!
