The condo was delightful. This was our second July there and we hope to return next summer. It’s perfect for day visits from grandchildren with the pool so nearby. Very quiet and relaxing.

Had such a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The neighborhood is so cozy and everyone is kind and friendly. The pool is so great and very close to the unit. And the landscaping was just so nice outside of the apartment. Super green and full of trees. When I move to Boulder I would buy a place on this complex. No brainer, stay here!

I had the most amazing stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. I loved coming home to that condo every day. The location was perfect, the host was extremely kind and responsive, and the condo was gorgeous and very clean. Highly recommend!

WOW - what a place! I am so glad, when deciding where to stay for a work-from-home adventure month away from our home state of NY, we decided on Gunbarrel and Jen’s amazing spot. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and we were so happy with all the furnishings that made us feel at home for the month - from the beautiful fireplace to great kitchen gadgets. Walking around the complex was a daily exciting activity, and the condo is in a prime location to walk to many great breweries/restaurants/even the grocery store (a bit of the trek, but made me feel like I was becoming a Coloradan). This spot is the perfect mix of country (Gunbarrel is really private and has great nature paths!) and small city (Boulder is a quick drive and filled with everything you could need for food, drink, and shopping!) I’m coming back soon for sure! Thanks again Jen for sharing your home. We’ll always have fond memories of our visit.
