Loved the condo! Every thing about it is exactly as we expected. The location is wonderful for getting around Longboat, but getting to Cortez and Anna Marie Island across the bridge is a bit tough between 3:30 and 5:30 in the evening. (That might be true everywhere on the islands!) There are so many restaurants within 5 miles of condo, you could eat out every night! The view of the Gulf is gorgeous especially the sunsets. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to go back!

Oceanfront paradise! We had a *wonderful* extended stay at this beautiful condo—felt like home away from home from the moment we arrived! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully renovated and decorated, with an absolutely stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. We loved our daily walks and soccer games on the gorgeous (yet never-crowded) beach, swims in the heated pool, drives to St. Armands Circle and Anna Maria Island, and the condo itself had everything we needed and more—amazingly comfortable beds, nice TVs ready to go w Netflix, two lovely bathrooms, a large screened-in deck perfect for working remotely while overlooking the sparkling gulf (no zoom background needed!), a bright and well-stocked kitchen, cozy little work area, new towels and linens, great washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc! The beach is great for shell collecting and we saw dolphins and amazing birds (herons, hawks, even bald eagles!) regularly. Truly, the pictures do not do this place justice. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return!

If you love the Gulf this is the perfect spot. Morning walks, beautiful sunsets, plenty of great restaurants and numerous golf courses with a 45 minute drive. The beds were very comfortable. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided. Loved having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook and eat in.
