A very spacious, beautifully space planned and designed apartment that offers very calming and peaceful energy with mountain view at sight. A space that definitely gives one a good, relaxing sleep while you don't need to worry one single bit of thing right from the start of staying. Sanjay and family are like the space itself were very kind and caring. Thank you much to them from my heart.

A beautiful, private and spacious house located in a peaceful area with fresh air, and wonderful view of Kathmandu city. The house is well secured with an automatic gate. The attached kitchen has a beautiful view and it’s breathtaking to cook there. We got fresh vegetables and fish from the nearby local market and had wonderful meals during the stay. The living room is spacious, and the place was very clean when we got there. The internet speed was great with about 100mbps. I would highly recommend Tara coffee shop just 3 minutes walk from the house. It’s a beautiful cafe run by the Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Definitely try their momos! If you walk a bit more there is a beautiful pine forest, it’s a great place to walk. The host Sanjay is a wonderful person, very caring and pays attention to details. As a young serial entrepreneur, Sanjay has a wealth of information to share about local places and happenings.

Sanjay is a truly wonderful host. He is genuinely helpful and caring. His place was also such a beautiful quiet place of rest. The pictures dont do it justice, arriving i was very pleasantly surprised. It was a place i could rest very easily and deeply at. Thank you Sanjay!!

Прекрасная уютная квартира в тихом уютном районе. Для тех, кто не хочет жить на Тамеле, но не прочь совершать туда прогулки, исследуя окрестности. Рядом все есть — магазины, кафе, парк с корой для прогулок. В квартире очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Хозяин всегда на связи, помогает и подсказывает если что-то нужно. Благодарим, Санджай! Обязательно приедем еще 🙏🏻

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Swayambhu, it is spacious and extra clean. Sanjay and his mother are great hosts, very accomodating providing all necessary, changing towels and bed linen every 7 days. There is a great outdoor kitchen fully equipped, drinking water and fridge. I had a wonderful stay! Thank-you so much!
