We had a fantastic holiday, the cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loch Ba is a short walk away and is very beautiful. We were visited by a young deer in the garden several times to our excitement. The cottage is in a good central position in Mull to discover the Isle.

The Riverside Cottage was a delight to stay in, very clean, modern, and the location for all the attractions easy to explore. Really appreciated the chopped logs, firelighters, and matches to make a cosy fire in the cosy lounge. The hot water for the bath was a luxurious treat after a days hiking on Benmore, which is a on view from the kitchen. The morning walks down the pathway through the garden to the riverside was a delight. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day, highly recommend it.

I stayed here with a friend for a week and we absolutely loved the cottage. We think it would make a great base for a family too. It's spacious cosy, very clean and a fantastic base to explore the island. We particularly liked the kitchen/diner, living room (wood burner, although we didn't use it) and really appreciated the separate laundry/drying room. Everything has been well thought out for the perfect place to come back to after days spent exploring the island. The Benmore Estate is spectactular too and a Loch Ba is just a short walk from the cottage. Salen is a 10-15 min drive away and has a well-stocked Spar shop. Kim was very helpful and quick to respond and brought extra towels over when we asked (thank you!). Will definitely be returning!
