Sample package: 7 night Adventure Package: Day 1 Arrive at BZE - we can arrange either a air transfer to DGA airstrip and then a ground transfer to the house or enjoy a scenic 2.5 hr drive through the Maya mountains and rain forest. Stopping along the way at the Belize Zoo or The country barn for ice cream - if time permit! Arrive at the property, unpack and enjoy the property. Day 2 Xunantunich and St Hermans Blue Hole. Step back in time and visit the ruins of an ancient civilization. Take the hand-cranked ferry over the river to Xunantunich, which sits atop a hill overlooking the Mopan River. The area was a major ceremonial site built on a natural limestone ridge. It is composed of six (6) major plazas, with more than 25 Maya temples and palaces. Climb to the top of “El Castillo” (the Castle), the largest pyramid at 130 feet above the plaza, has carved friezes on the east and west sides. On a clear day, you can see across into nearby Guatemala and near Caracol in the Pine Ridge Mountain Reserve. It’s quite a sight to behold. After a day of exploring, stop at St Hermans Blue Hole and take a refreshing swim in the cool water! Day 3 Enjoy a day at the beach, hang around in the pool and explore the quaint Garifuna village of Hopkins. Enjoy drumming at Leheba drumming center and eat lunch at a local hang out like Ella's Cool Spot. Day 4 Snorkel, Catch and Cook Take a short boat trip to the second largest Barries reef in the wold and enjoy all it wonders! Snorkel with a guide the reef and see stingrays, nurse sharks colorful fishes and sea turtles. Fish with experience guides and catch Snapper, Cobia and Grouper. Your guide will take you to a private island where you can relax in a hammock or snorkel and explore the mangroves - teaming with small and little fishes. While you relax, your freshly caught bounty will be cooked. Enjoy a feast of fresh fish, salad and stewed chicken (Just in case you're extra hungry!). Day 5 Enjoy a beach day with a twist! Relax pool side while receives a massage - either on your own, or as a couple. Listen to breaking waves and chattery birds. Day 6 Zipline, Cave tube Experience an exhilarating "flight" on a zipline through ceremonial caves or the jungle. Afterwards drift down a river and through a few rapids. Day 7 Time to go home!
