This is a wonder Place to stay in Hopkins! The people are so friendly, the location is right on the water and walking distance to the market and local restaurants. The water pressure was a little lower than I would have hoped, but is also a precious resource in Belize so I did not mind. I had expected the pool to be functional but it was under construction.

Coconut Row was a great place to stay in Hopkins! If you are not a resort person this is the place for you. you are steps away from the beach which has chairs to lounge on. You may experience a few peddlers on the beach. our room was clean and had a/c in the bedrooms. Coconut Row's staff was very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Complimentary coconut water in your fridge when you arrive and security dogs you love a good pet.

Our stay was simply wonderful! From first booking through checkout, communication was excellent and helpful. The property is located in the heart of Hopkins, making it an easy walk to places to eat and the market. Hopkins is a great central location for snorkeling/diving trips as well as exploration of points south and west. The property is extremely well maintained, spacious, and self-contained for those that want to relax. The restaurant onsite is very good and offers a great selection of food and it is possible to book all types of adventures directly through the property. With all of the wonderful things that we have to say about the property, it is the staff that made our stay particularly wonderful. Starting with the check in, we were made to feel truly welcome by Damien and all the friendly and helpful staff. Whether it is as a jumping off point for adventure or a quiet stay, we highly recommend Coconut Row!

Definitely worth the price of admission, so to speak. The (cleaned daily!) beach was about 30 paces from our room's patio. The room was clean and the AC was a nice touch at night. The food at the onsite restaurant was tasty and portion size is as it should be. Beach vendors were at a minimum. The water was warm and inviting. Will definitely be going back.

This is a great little spot that is beach front. We really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again
