Return visit, and again had a great stay. Condo clean, well equipped & amazing views. David very friendly, helpful, & quickly responds to any questions. Hopefully will return, thanks David.

Our family loved our stay at David’s listing! The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect to visit all the local attractions and restaurants! We would definitely come back again and hope to someday!

This is the first time that we rented a condo. We had our daughter and two grandchildren with us. We all had our own bedrooms. The patio was a perfect place to sit in the morning. Peaceful and quiet. The scenery was very relaxing. David is a very nice gentleman. He was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We had a perfect stay with beautiful weather. The ability to feel "at home" with a full kitchen allowed us to go grocery shopping and prepare meals at home for a fraction of the cost of eating out at restaurants. The outdoor grills allowed us to prepare grilled food with ease. We are definitely thinking about staying at this same location next year. Everything that we wanted or needed was withing a few miles, and easy to get to. Manatee beach was a very nice beach that we spent a day at. We went to several piers, on Anna Marie Island. The different wildlife animals that we were able to see was a really nice part of our vacation.

If you’re not staying directly on Anna Maria, this place is the next best thing. Clean, good space for a family, everything you need for beach days.

Our stay was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Excellent location and clean! We would definitely stay here again!
