House was fantastic. Great size with 4 decent bedrooms. Victoria was very helpful in terms of getting a cot etc for our youngest family member. Big box of toys and high chair available without asking. Super clean and well stocked.

Comfortable and well-located base for a few days of family & friend catch-ups. Spacious and warm. Weather meant we didn't use outside space, but highlighted cosiness of property. Duke of Leeds welcoming and straightforward, reasonably priced food done well on our evening visit. Absence of hard-copy 'manual' initially a slight concern, but actually no real problem or unfathomable kit, so... As previously mentioned, experienced lots of wind, rain and hail, but having a good base helped to offset that and meant we stayed longer in cafes, restaurants and pubs with friends/family. Relented sufficiently one day to enjoy statutory al fresco Jelbert's ice cream in Newlyn - clotted cream and flake definitely not optional. Tasted to us like it always has...

Victoria was a lovely host and responded when we had questions. There was ample space for me and my family and there were 6 of us in total. The kitchen was really well equipped as we enjoy cooking as a family. There isn't much to do in the village however it is an ideal place to stay to get to lots of towns such as St Ives and Hayle.
