Hands down the best airbnb my family and I have stayed in! From the easy access instructions to the easy check out our trip from start to end was wonderful! The neighborhood feels very safe, private and is walkable with pleasant views. Jason, has a beautiful, pristine and spacious home. Most importantly it peaceful. Upon arrival we had plans to visit some of the wonderful places that are a short distance away. However, we felt so at home because of our host we stayed in majority of our trip. Jason’s communication was top notch and my family and I look forward to visiting his home again.

The place is beautiful, well equipped, spacious. I really appreciated the exception to check in early as we had to check out of another place at 11am with 3 babies/toddlers at nap time!

The place was gorgeous and roomy. It also had a den with a sleeper sofa, basically a 6th bedroom without a closet. There were also a lot of extra items in the kitchen that were very useful like a Keurig AND a regular coffee maker, waffle maker and sharp knives. We would stay here again for sure. The owner was very responsive with all my questions and even tweaked the check-in and out times for us.

Very beautiful home, in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood (with plenty around to see and do). We loved the home, the amenities, the cleanliness! We had plenty of space for our entire group of 8 folks. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. We enjoyed the ability to use the grill on the back deck, and utilize the well-equipped kitchen to makes some meals at home. We have already talked about planning our next visit to this house!

This house was amazing. We have been going to Bayside for 20 years and have learned what we need in a house and this was spot on!! It came with bikes and beach chairs. In the past we rented bikes and it was a hassle. This was so easy. All we needed to do was show up! Owners answered every question we had quickly and they accommodated all of our needs! We would definitely come back. We had such a great trip and checkout was a breeze! Top notch property and owners!!
