This was our second time staying at Manuel’s place. We absolutely love his place and the location. For us, it’s close to everything, it’s very clean and plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded. The check-in and out is extremely easy. Everything you need is provided even beach accessories. The parking space is also a big plus. We highly recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful apartment with wonderful hosts! We abruptly found ourselves needing last-minute lodging and messaged Manuel in the morning asking about the possibility of early check-in as we had refrigerated items and, of course, our belongings, to deal with. After very quick responses, we were able to meet up with Cristina before noon to drop off some of our stuff while it was cleaned from the previous occupants who had just left, which was a relief. Upon checking in when the apartment was ready, we were blown away by how gorgeous the apartment is, very modern and stylish. We loved the three stories and having the terrace to use. The free parking space was appreciated, though it can feel tight navigating around in the underground parking area if you aren't used to city driving/parking. Great area, felt safe and enjoyed walking around to restaurants and shops. 10/10 would stay again, and am very grateful we were able to book so quickly and easily!

We had a great stay at Manuels condo. The location is very centerally located and walkable to many restaurants and of course the beach. Our only recommendation would be to ask about construction before you book.....they were working on the patio and it felt like a jackhammer was in our house. But all in it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! The townhouse was exactly like described, the beach chairs, towels and other amenities were great! Highly recommend!
