Our week-long stay at this Airbnb was genuinely enjoyable. The place aligned perfectly with its description, and the host's accommodating and friendly nature added a welcoming touch to our experience. The location, surrounded by charming restaurants and conveniently close to grocery shops, contributed to the overall appeal. However, it's worth mentioning that while there were nearby grocery options, a lack of a supermarket might be a consideration for those planning an extended stay and requiring a broader range of supplies. One thing to note is the presence of a friendly dog on the property. While it added a pleasant atmosphere, we did find her a bit dirty and clingy. Additionally, for future guests, be aware that the entrance is a bit hidden, so it's advisable to pay close attention when navigating to the property. Despite these minor considerations, our stay was positive, and we appreciated the accurate listing, the host's hospitality, and the convenient location.

Great place to have relaxed vacations with friends and family . Very approachable to beach and market . Neat and clean fully furnished rooms and kitchen . We enjoyed our three nights there .Overall if you want a comfortable stay with your family near beach close your eyes and book this property . Since this property is old villa but maintained well with all antique furniture and show pieces so take care of all these things during your stay .

It was an awesome stay at Espy's villa. We were in a group of 6 members which included my parents and my in-laws. The villa has eye-catching interiors and it gives a classy vibe altogether. The rooms, balcony, bathrooms, dining room, and Kitchen all are very spacious and beautifully maintained. Pedro and Loretta were very helpful and responsive. They even recommended some of the places to visit and restaurants which was a great help. The beach is within a walking distance from the villa. Overall, it was a home-like experience away from home. Thanks, Pedro and Loretta. Much appreciated!

Great house. Power backup for the occasional GOA outage. Strong a/c in the bedrooms and main living room. We used the kitchen to make breakfast every am. Markets nearby. Then lunch and dinner on the beach; which was a few minutes walk away. (Pro tip: use the paved walkway just up the road to Boomerang and park yourself on the chairs for good snacks and sunsets. Kesu will take good care of ya!) The only reason for not 5 star was the rooftop sitting area was not ready for use. Once a few plastic chairs are brought up and a quick clean--5 stars for sure. Nice potential for chilling/coffee time and catching a breeze off the ocean. Host was awesome responsive to any questions.
