Located in colva. This is a spacious 3 bedroom villa and well furnished With antique and modern sofas, washing machine refrigerator dining table and basic home essential Tastefully done up open kitchen of basic amenities There is a roof terrace on espy villa where people can conduct a small party for 20 people with for wooden designer tables bearing in mind so there is residential area so no loud music allowed after 8 PM , Open area where the kids can play and you can have a small walk around the Villa

Большая, просторная, уютная вилла, оформленная с большим вкусом. Здесь есть все необходимое и даже хорошая стиральная машина, что является огромным плюсом для семей с детьми. В каждой комнате есть кондиционеры и вентиляторы, средства от комаров. На втором этаже большая просторная душевая комната и ванна. И есть еще две - на первом и втором этаже. Раз в два дня в доме проводится уборка. Пляж находится в 3-х минутах пешком. Пляж просторный и не такой заполненный. Рядом отличный шейк Бумеранг. Там вкусно и доступно по ценам. Так же рядом в пешей доступности аптека, магазины, кафе и рестораны. Особо хочется отметить большую отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяина Педро. Он всегда на связи, написал нам путеводитель и рекомендации - как и куда доехать, что посетить в Колве. В этой вилле мы чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо большое! Очень рекомендуем!!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Pedro, his family and cleaner were all lovely. Helpful when needed with enough distance for privacy too. My children all loved our stay, playing within the grounds and learning about the animals and plants that are different to home. Close enough to walk to shops, the beach and the main tourist road but also far back enough that not overbearing and could enjoy quiet. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen (washing machine is a godsend especially travelling with young children). Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at Pedro's place in Colva beach and will come again. It is a beautiful, spacious, quiet and comfortable house which is a 3 minute walk to absolutely gorgeous, Colva Beach. Boomerang, the nearest "beach shack" became our favorite hangout during our visit. Whenever there was a question or issue, Pedro was always available and we had the question or issue resolved immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Truly, it was the perfect place for us and we will never forget our stay there.
Since it is a large property, Best suited for more than one family. Very clean and All amenities were provided for. Location is amazing. Host is very responsive and maid is helpful.

my name is Pedro Rodrigues , I was born and brought -up in Goa in my fishing family , me and my family like to travel a lot in India my favourite places , Bangalore , Valakani Tamil Nadu,,Mumbai and Kerala specially the backwaters, I always think and believe after working hard a person has to make sure when he goes on holiday with family or with friends the accommodation or the place of rest should be one of the Best of the best , I think Espys Villa is fall in that category , me and my wife looked after the whole project when it was built espys villa and design the whole interior by ourself in the capable hand of very good contractor and a carpenter Who also help us to put their experience into that , I hope all the Guest booking Espys Villa Will feel them self home to another home an have the best of the time and memories in espys Which Will stay with them for the rest of their life , cheers
