Runaway Bay #182 is just as the pictures show. Lovely!! The house patio is west facing looking on to the water fountains. It is fully stocked with all you will need for a lovely holiday; kitchen utensils, lots of towels and linens. Beach gear…beach cart, chairs etc everything you will need for a perfect beach day. The pool is fantastic too. Ryan was a great host; communication was almost instant. We had a glitch in the kitchen during our stay; Ryan had his handyman out to sort the problem within an hour. We fully recommend Ryan as a host and #182 apartment.

Runaway Bay is a really nice place to stay at, steps away from the beach. This has been our third time here and Ryan’s place was awesome to stay at. Hope to be back soon!

The location was convenient to the beach and the pool was spectacular. The condo was comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed. Ryan was amazingly responsive. The water heater died early one morning during our stay. Within a short while Ryan had someone come and look and a replacement heater was installed that afternoon with no inconvenience to us at all. I would highly recommend this condo and Ryan as a host. We hope to make a repeat visit.

We had a great week in Anna Maria Island and Ryan’s place was very clean and comfortable with good information ahead of time and a good instruction book inside the condo. We had a little trouble with the smart lock, but used the key in the lockbox as a backup. We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas! Thank you!!

Great condo in a very nice association. Lots to do, and the host is very responsive. We loved the deck off the bay, too.
