Wow - the arched cabin was our own little oasis in the woods and right on the river. It was beautifully furnished, the river was so peaceful and the sauna was a great treat after our adventurous day. This was quite a find for us and our favorite stay on our roadtrip.

We had a fantastic stay at the Arched Cabin. The beautiful river running behind the cabin was our favorite part! It was so peaceful and serene to sit by the fireplace and watch the river flow along. There were so many special touches throughout the cabin that made it feel very homey. We also enjoyed the sauna multiple times! The location was very convenient and we loved the pizza place right down the street. Nicole was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

If you can live without salad tongs… I’ve stayed at my fair share of AirBnBs and often the pictures and description are like online dating: photos from better days and attributes embellished. But the arched cabin looked just as lovely as the photos. What a joy! In some ways even better. There were so many little cute surprises for someone who appreciates house decor and details. Clearly someone loves this place and it’s no wonder since it kinda has it all: 2.5 hours from the coast, 40 minutes to amazing skiing, an hour from the big city, and waterfalls with amazing hikes, all while situated in the lovely country on a river with a gorgeous view of Mount Hood. Equipped with pretty much everything except salad tongs, we had a great time warming in the sauna, cooling in the icy river, making s’mores on the deck, playing cards or building puzzles by the fireplace gaffer skiing, etc! Thank you Nicole. This is a wonderful place to stay!!! Highly recommend it.
