Jo Ann's place is so beautiful inside, just like on pictures. We love the sunroom and all the little details she arranges around the space. Felt like having a royal antique retreat. Definitely will come back if we are in the area again. Thanks Jo Ann for accomodating us!

We spent one night while traveling from OH to NC. We really enjoyed the Red Lantern Inn! It was homey and cozy, with very interesting things to look at and enjoy... beautiful and unique furniture, nostalgic collections, cultural decorations from far-off places. Jo Ann took good care of us when we arrived and gave us a lovely, comfortable room. We enjoyed the view from the sun porch upstairs. The breakfast options were plentiful... so many kinds of cream cheese for the bagels--yum! A very peaceful area; we slept comfortably and soundly. Would love to stay again sometime. Around the corner and down the street, we found Jackson Mason's Tavern and Brewery for dinner. Just a five minute walk. Craft beers and stout, fish & chips, burgers... A great place to eat with wonderful service.

Another great stay at the Red lantern where we felt right at home. Very clean and homey with a lot of common spaces so even though there are others that stay in the inn, you don’t feel cramped at all. Lots of items for a continental breakfast, including fresh fruit and juice. Walkable to shops and restaurants and a great pub. Hope to come back again and again in the future!!

Stayed here the night before a trail race. Was joined by several other delightful runners. The bed and room was super comfy. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and space and enjoyed an evening and morning on the sun porch. Lots of great common areas, clean and comfy. Jo Ann supplied a great continental breakfast and coffee for all our pre-race morning needs! Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Jo Ann’s Inn for a bike race and I did not expect it to be so amazing in person! Everything was spotless, Jo Ann was so kind, extremely comfortable, lots of living room spaces, other guests were also kind and friendly, we could easily walk to restaurants in town. Just all in all a wonderful place. Definitely the best Airbnb stay I’ve had
