Jane was extremely helpful in allowing me to book a last minute reservation at her gorgeous suite! She was very responsive & kind & her suite was in pristine condition! Very quiet & peaceful & it was exactly what I needed😊 The bed was SO comfortable! Thank you Jane, I hope to come again someday!

Overall, our stay at Jane’s place was quite pleasant. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. Firstly, while Jane provided a coffee maker, there were no coffee grounds or tea bags available, which was a bit disappointing for us coffee and tea lovers. It would have been nice to have those essentials readily available. Additionally, the noise from the upstairs flush occasionally woke us up during the night, which disrupted our sleep a few times. Perhaps some soundproofing could be installed to mitigate this issue in the future. Overall, despite these small drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay at Jane’s place and would consider staying there again in the future.

Nice people, decent location, enough space for stuff. But honestly, all the baseboards were disgusting, the walls need paint, the cupboards, the horrible kitchen utensils, it all looks like it came from a thrift store from 10 years ago. It was a good price which is why we took it. But we would have paid more for nicer kitchen supplies, and some darn clean new hand soap in the bathroom (Under the sink was 4-5 old bars of soap in a dish that were used. Gross) . Also holes in some towels. Could be a great deal if it just was cleaner and some attention to detail.

Had a great experience. First time staying in Surrey and won’t be my last. Jane was very quick in responding to my questions. It was a very easy process when arriving and bonus, a parking spot right in the driveway! Next time I need to stay in Surrey I will definitely book at James place again!
