Our family booked here as we were in the area for a wedding, this place met and exceeded all our needs. Plenty of space for all, beautiful surrounding. It's peaceful and calm just what we needed. Susan is an excellent host who is very responsive and kind. We would stay here again.

Susan's place in Grafton is not about the view, the waterfront, the restaurants or things to do. It's all about the huge property that one will not get bored exploring. We and our pups had a great time at the cottage. Long hikes, huge snow capped fields, forest areas, ponds and streams. All the amenities one would need were available, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't feel the need to go out and had a blast of the time. Hoping to be back during the summer/fall season.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s home over the Christmas/NYE break. The home was bigger than I was expecting and absolutely beautiful. Lots of space for our group to spread out and relax. We loved being able to have wood heat fires in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We went with a 2 year old and a 3.5 year old. They had a lot of fun exploring the home and surrounding property. Even with no snow this year we had a great time. Susan was a pleasure to work with- friendly and very quick to respond. Will be looking to book again and hopefully next time with some snow for the kids to play in.

A very comfortable house. Space for games. Kitchen very well equipped for cooks. Fireplaces provided opportunity for conversation. The outdoor setting was a treat, especially the vistas of open area. The weather was not particularly cooperative but we managed to enjoy the trails and seclusion. Highly recommend this home and it’s country setting. Especially as shops were very close by.
