Tyler and Josh were magnificent hosts! The line of communication was open and great! We appreciated the timely responses and were very pleased with both them and the home! The location couldn't be better for us and the yard was perfect! It really did feel like home for us! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything Tyler and Josh!

Charming and cozy cottage. Pros & Cons Unfortunately, during my stay we had a few issues. The grass needed trimming,dishes were unclean, stains on comforters, and trash bins were all full. Josh and Tyler did have a clear line of communication and as I addressed certain issues they were handled properly. I was refunded for my pet deposit and left a few days earlier than expected. I was offered my pet deposit back which they didn’t have to do but I did ask for two day’s return since I was not occupying the space. I do think it’s overpriced. Lastly, the front and back yard is perfect for pups. Quiet and cozy neighborhood which is ideal for me. Also great location and is close to a park for yourself and or your pups.

We spent two months at Josh and Tyler’s place. They were great hosts and their place was wonderful. We felt comfortable and safe. It’s in an area that’s up and coming with lots of new housing and restaurants. Our favorite place (walkable) was the Tee Line restaurant where you can go curling and have a drink on the dog friendly patio. Hattie B’s, M.L. Rose, Double Dogs, and many more are close too. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and had all the necessities. Great fenced in front and back yard for our dog with a wonderful front porch to have your morning coffee or to watch a lighting storm. Close to a large park that our dog insisted on visiting daily. Downtown is a short drive or a cheap Lyft/Uber. Would definitely stay at there house again.

Tyler and josh were fabulous hosts! They checked in several times to make sure all was well Worked with us a group of 10 everything was smooth from booking check in through check out. The house itself is beautiful all the amenities lots of sleeping space and the location is on of the best close to everything an Uber or Lyft ride away from all the sights of Nashville it is definitely will be my go to for my next trip! Thanks again we had a great weekend
