I booked this house as a surprise to celebrate my sister's 70th birthday. We flew in from all over the country to surprise her. The house was perfect. Spacious, luxurious, well appointed with a spectacular view on a mountain. An added plus great sunny weather! We were able to get in early which gave us time to prepare for the surprise. I had to call Deanna with a quick question and she was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this home !

Such a beautiful home! We had an absolute blast staying here. The kids loves all the games and we adored the spacious kitchen and living v spaces. A true gem.

We had a fantastic stay for my husband’s 50th birthday. We had 9 guests total and plenty of room. The house was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen and living space were perfect for cooking large meals. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year, but the hot tub was great. Check-in was easy and Deanna responded to our couple of questions within minutes! The property is just a few miles outside of Jacksonville up a somewhat steep, long driveway. It felt like we were truly out in the woods with beautiful views. We spent our days up in Ashland or exploring the area around Jacksonville. There is plenty to do without having to drive more than 20-30 minutes. Our family had a wonderful time and I would book this property again.

This was an amazing house that worked great for us, our grown kids, and grandkids to stay while we were in town for an 80th birthday celebration. The house was well equipped with lots of space to hang out and enjoy our time together. It was a terrific location and peaceful setting. We enjoyed being inside and outside. We will be back!

The House was gorgeous private Cabin and could sleep over 10 people which was nice! All the furniture was amazing, kitchen was fully updated and awesome, and always love the hot tub! Reccomend using a 4w drive car if it’s going to snow, the hill is pretty steep but all in all the nicest bnb in Medford/Jacksonville area and one of the nicest bnb’s I’ve ever been to!! Deanna is also awesome and was very great at communicating and answering any questions! 10/10
