Ideal for a couple, single person or small family. Set in a typical period property this flat has great old traditional windows which lets in good light so the flat feels very bright and airy. Located in prime Notting Hill, off the main road and down a dead end, means the flat is very quiet but still 3/5 mins from public transport, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. If you want to spend more time enjoying your holiday rather than travelling this is the ideal place for your stay. The bedroom being very spacious, has good sized wardrobe, separate drawers, a space to do make-up and hair, plus an amazing SUPER king bed with hotel standard mattress. We know that the bed will easily sleep 3 if needed, as my son likes to sleep with us still and aged 5. The living room is equally as big and has the added luxury of a 4 seater round dining table, which can be used for eating, working or just browsing the internet. There are all 4/5 wide steps in the flat and as all the rooms are spacious, it's an ideal place for the elderly couple and also children as no tight spaces, corners and plenty of open space. There's easily enough space for a travel cote (which can be provided) and room to play. The kitchen is ideally located just off the living room with its own separate window, handy if looking to be used a lot. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need in order to cook if you so wish all the time or occasionally. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has all the amenities to make it a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Priyan's place. Notting Hill is a great neighborhood and the apartment was very close to the tube station. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.
We had a great stay at Priyan’s place! Loved the location in walking distance to great cafes, parks, restaurants and more. Despite the very central location, the apartment felt peaceful, tucked away from the main road.
From start to finish Priyan made me feel at ease with this booking. The flat is in a perfect area of the city close to the Central Line that can get you anywhere you need - but you don’t need to leave the area because you’re close to plenty of cool things anyways you can walk to! I liked that it was a traditional flat as well made it feel more local and authentic to London . Huge space and bed was very big and extremely comfortable. Shower was amazing. After being out in the city all day this quiet peaceful flat made my stay in London perfect, would happily stay here again!

I'm Sri Lankan and have been living in the Notting Hill area for over 8 years and think it is one of the most vibrant places to live in the world. The only things missing is the beach, palm trees and sometimes the weather.. but I guess I can just go home for that! I love good food, eating out, meeting new people and chilling with friends and family. One of my favourite past times is having BBQs, especially if I am the cook. I spend a lot of time travelling and learning about different cultures. One of my favourite places to visit is Norway where my sister and family live. I look forward to welcoming guests and rest assured you will have not only have a comfortable stay but a host with all the local knowledge and special passes for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.
