We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramare and particularly loved the view, the pool and the relaxed atmosphere in this quiet area. By car it was easy to get to beautiful beaches, lake Kourna and the villages and towns in the area. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Carolyn and George as well as our local contact person Eleni were easy to contact and helpful in case of any questions. Many thanks again for this lovely week of holidays.

An extremely well equipped, comfortable villa in a stunning location. We loved the outdoor space, which the photos really don’t do justice to. Villa Miramare is so peaceful but just a 10 minute drive from the town and beach. Communication throughout out was friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated Eleni the housekeeper contacting us to ask if we would like her to get some shopping as we were arriving very late. Would thoroughly recommend!

A peaceful and quiet place inmidst wonderful nature, with a great view of the hills, the oak trees around, the beautiful garden and the beach of Georgioupolis. We especially loved the terrace and the garden with the cosy furniture and the new sunbeds; the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and as for the bathrooms also everything works fine.

The Villa is amazing. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The location is very quiet and relaxing and our favourite pastime was just sitting in the outdoor seating area in the comfiest chairs and just staring out across the beautiful view. You do need a hire car if staying here but this means you can go and visit so many beautiful places nearby. We managed to see Chania, Rethymno, Lake Kournas and we even ventured as far as Elafonisi beach which was a two hour drive away but totally manageable and worth the early start. Georgioupoli was a great little town with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and only a 10 minute drive away. The villa itself was amazing. It was lovely and clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor area was the best. I can’t wait to to return here. You won’t regret booking this place. Go for it.
