Minoas is the best host ever, and he made our stay so comfortable and lovely!! The villa is spotless, the pool is comfy, and the staff is the most proactive we’ve ever experienced. Come for the beauty, stay for the hospitality!

Hotel Praxis was a beautiful location with a very reponsive host. It was a comfortable villa equipped with everything you need for ultimate relaxation. The view over the sea and the mountains never gets old. We would come back for sure the next time on Crete.

Minoas was such a responsive and helpful host. He was waiting for us upon arrival even though we were late to arrive. There was also a beautiful bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The photos were exactly what the home looks like. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The area is gorgeous, the lake very close by and the family- run restaurant served excellent food and very friendly service. I wish we had more time to stay at Minoas’ villa. I definitely recommend renting a vehicle as it’s somewhat of a rural setting. However, the fact that it is away from the city makes it much more relaxing and private! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Minoas!

Highly recommend! I stayed at Minoas’s luxury Villa with 8 other friends and this was the best trip of our lives. The Villa is immaculate with no shortage of space, a stunning outdoor pool big enough for the 9 of us and an upstairs jacuzzi. The front and back of the house both have beautiful views and we caught some lovely sunsets. We had a cleaning day on day 3/5 and everything was perfectly restored by cleaners while we were out. Fortunately there were mesh door blockers to keep a nice breeze in and the insects out! It’s like every little issue was thought about when designing this villa. As a host, Minoas has been the best I’ve had yet, he was super fast and responsive and tended to our every need without disturbing us. Minoas gave us a full tour but also recommended restaurants, tourist spots, butcher shops etc. Note: Bear in mind there are 3 different villas so if you’re after something specific in the photos, you should clarify the property you’re staying at, with the host
