The Resthouse Laiya is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. We had a great time at Eric's place. Communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Resthouse Laiya! My 1-year old daughter would wake up and immediately point to the beach so that she could walk on the sand and splash in the beach. The people who work at The Resthouse Laiya were always nice and helpful. They also had 24/7 security and in-house staff so we always felt safe. Surprisingly, there's a restaurant and mini store on-site - perfect when you're too tired to cook or forgot to bring a few things (soap, snacks, beer). We will stay again in the future!
