Lovley little cottage with great character. Lots of interesting items around the house to add a quirky personal touch. Family enjoyed cosy nights in by the fire. Host was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Zoe’s place was a wonderful, peaceful stay. The cottage itself was beautiful and the vintage touch was really lovely to see throughout the property. There was lots of cool bits and bobs my son enjoyed looking at. Everything you could possibly want was catered for at the cottage. Zoe was a fantastic host, attentive, thoughtful and couldn’t do enough for you if you needed anything. Fresh eggs, drinks and cakes were a lovely touch. Zoe was kind enough to turn the heating on and lights for when we arrived and the log burner was delightful. There’s a lot of lovely things to do in the area and a little further afield but easy access to wherever you’d like to go. Raincliffe woods was stunning, woodpeckers, deer and lovely river walks, country walks and through the woods. The drinking dinosaur with the seals was pretty spectacular to see and then to top it off a nice trip to Yorks aviation museum. I have to admit, we were sad to leave and go back to reality, we loved it so much here.

This is one of the loveliest air bnb’s we’ve every stayed in. Decorated beautifully and thoughtfully, both chic in the vintage style but also practical and with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Very peaceful location but easy to get to many beautiful spots and coastline. Zoe and Del were both so warm and welcoming, we really appreciated the delicious eggs, cakes and the walking trail books! It was a perfect country getaway, can’t wait to return.

A lovely cottage filled with charm and a vintage feel that was fun to explore. Especially loved the kitchen and seeing the hens in the garden (thank you for the eggs)! A great location to explore the coast. Greeted with treats (and an early check-in). A little gem.
