Outstanding cottage! So homely and tasteful, one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in. Hosts were super helpful too, with a friendly welcome, great recommendations and the house is fully kitted out. Nice warm coal fire available too. Perfect.

This cottage was perfect and as described, very peaceful, there is a road but that’s good as it is the NC500 and exactly why we came. The beach is very close to walk down to and the lounge fire was lovely. A superb holiday for us.

We all really enjoyed our easter break visiting my husbands relatives .The cottage was lovely with a great location looking over to Melvich beach( walkable from the path right across the road). Furnished to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable. Avie was very friendly and helpful. We loved the very generous welcome pack and items in the fridge awaiting us. Would totally recommend this cottage,you will love it! Lesley

The cottage is beautiful. It's clean, warm, and cosy and smells incredible. A gorgeous hamper waited for us on arrival, which included lots of local treats, even had a wee treat for our dog. They have a little storage seat under the window, which had dog essentials like bowls, a towel, and toys. Avie has really put effort into creating a fabulous stay with lots of extra touches. The cottage has everything you might need whilst away from home. The views are incredible. The beach opposite is stunning. Supermarkets are 25 minutes away. The cottage has a fridge and a freezer, there is also a restaurant and hotel close by which sells takeout. I would definitely recommend.
