Apartment was in the perfect location to visit everything you would want to in Catania, but was still peaceful. Super clean and well thought out layout. Instructions were super clear for check in and Debora even helped us with seamless transfer to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Massimiliano's place. He was extremely hospitable and proactive, and the apartment was well stocked. It's close to the main sights, noise and people but far enough away to be quiet at night. The washer was useful and easy to use, with detergent provided. The astroturf balcony with table was convenient, overlooks the street, and we had a cool view of the contractors across the street refurbishing a roof. FYI, the pic shown in the advertisement overlooking the amplitheatre was taken from another unit owned by someone else. We used Uber - 20€ - since we're used to using the app. For regular bus convenience the stops (parcheggio or Chiesa San Placido) are 650m away, which is doable for access to other places and back to airport, but the Alibus coming from the airport goes through the port, and a longer walk from the stop. Groceries w Lavazza pod refills are one block south, then west to corner of small square. We recommend the nearby Basilica rooftop at sunset.

L'appartamento di Massimiliano è molto accogliente, confortevole e silenzioso, non manca nulla. Posizione nel cuore di Catania, comodissima, vicino a tutto. Massimiliano è molto disponibile, ci ha dato tanti utili consigli. Siamo stati benissimo nella sua casa.

Massimilliano y Debora fueron dos personas de lo mas atentas y proactivas. Siempre disponibles y por sobre todas las cosas con excelentes formas. Realmente fue un placer tratar con ellos, gracias por todo a los dos! La pasamos muy bien. Estuve cinco días y me sentí muy cómodo en el departamento. Es un departamento donde se nota que les importan los detalles y no dejan nada descuidado. Esta todo impecable. No me faltó nada. Si tengo la suerte de alguna vez volver a Catania, no tengo dudas que de estar disponible, repetiría la estadía en este departamento. Recomiendo ampliamente.
