Amazing people and very accommodating, just quite hard to find! It is in an area of outstanding beauty, with streams and red dear. Just go in daylight and read the map!

This was our first visit to Limecombe, the cottage is absolutely beautiful! The communications and information provided were great, the instructions to find the cottage were very clear, as we approached the cottage through the fields at dusk and had our first glimpse, we knew it was perfect. The cottage is in such a peaceful location, surrounded by nature, much to our delight we had deer visiting each evening and morning. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for our special family gathering. The WiFi was great and kept us connected to the outside world when needed, such as pre-planning routes for day trips. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean, the beds were very comfortable and the views from each bedroom were amazing! We had no issues during our break and enjoyed every moment. Limecombe is a very special cottage and we all had such a lovely break there. Thank you Charles & Anita!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Limecombe! The house was unbelievable and the views each morning spectacular in the October sun! The place was clean and well maintained and perfect for a large group to socialise in the spacious kitchen and living area. Bathrooms and bedrooms were amazing with such comfy beds! The only thing that made our stay less than perfect was the difficulty getting in and out of the location. We arrived in the dark making it impossible for us to find. Had it not been for others who had arrived in daylight we wouldn’t have found it at all. The secluded spot is definitely nice but having to drive around several large fields on a bumpy route through at least 4 farm gates that need opening and closing made it a lot more effort than anticipated.

We had a wonderful stay at Limecombe. The cottage was absolutely everything we hoped it would be and so perfect for our group of 9 friends, we mainly congregated around the big dining table in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable with lovely bedding and soft furnishings. Lovely showers with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Such a lovely cottage and we hope to return. Excellent location for exploring Exmoor and seeing wildlife.
