We enjoyed our stay! Craig was very responsive to any questions and gave great recommendations on local restaurants and other activities. When parking on the street was full, he quickly let me know the instructions for the parking garage which was an easy short walk. If you like it really dark when you sleep, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. Although Craig turned off the lights right outside the door for us, the lights across the street still come in a bit through the shades. It would not stop me from staying here again - just would bring a mask next time. The location was wonderful and the street noise died down each night as we were going to bed. We always felt safe. Don’t miss Hoggy’s ice cream. I would highly recommend!

The suite was incredible for our one night stay! Super clean and the host are amazing. The little coffee shop around the corner is excellent and great food down the street! We will be back.

Loved the location, we had a nice little walk around the downtown area. Ice cream shop on one corner and a Speak Easy bar on the other! The suite was very accommodating, Craig and Amy thought of every possible need! It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again!

If you want to explore Frankfort and its history, this is the PERFECT place to stay! Right in the heart of everything…and next to a great ice cream shop! Craig was a fantastic, responsive host and made it so easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place to stay in downtown Frankfort. Coffee shops, diners and restaurants all within a very short walk. Great value for the price. Craig was very flexible and allowed us to drop our bags off early while we went bourbon tasting. We would definitely stay here again!
