We stayed for two days and Patricia’s place was great gorgeous exploring Guadeloupe Mt and Carlsbad Cavers NPs. Place is super cozy and sparkle clean, full kitchen, easy access to restaurant groceries, etc. Patricia was very responsive to questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants/coffee shops.

Patricia’s place is the best! She is super thoughtful, has breakfast items and coffee and even waters in the fridge. Place was such a nice stay on the way to the caverns.

This place was perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. Everything was clean upon arrival, check-in was a breeze with keyless entry, and the host Patricia stocked the place with essentials and more (coffee, bottled water, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and laundry soap). All the linens were soft, the queen bed was perfect for sleeping, and my kids did well on the futon. The a/c in the unit definitely works and keeps the place at the perfect selected temp. The complex the unit is in was private and quiet. I never heard a sound from anyone. We were close to dining in Carlsbad and a little over 30 minutes from Carlabad Caverns National Park. Its about an hour to Guadalupe Mountain National Park just across the TX line. Patricia was a great help suggesting local places to eat and things to do.

This was a lovely, cozy, quiet stay! The place was bigger than I thought it would be. The local recommendations were great. The unit was ice cold and a great relief from that hot summer heat. The amenities were excellent including bathroom necessities, breakfast/coffee/tea options, family games, and ample plugs for all our devices. Would stay again! Great spot for a southern NM get-a-way when visiting the Caverns. And it’s very close to stores/shops/restaurants. 10 outta 10!
