Ideally Located, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 5 km from Sarlat, a few hundred meters from the Dordogne river, in the center of the golden triangle of Perigord, between Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, La RoqueGageac, Fayrac, and the Milandes. This little house in the meadow offers a unique view of the castles of Beynac and Castelnaud. It is bordered by 2 streams which are accessible. The house is tastefully decorated; sofas and armchairs are very comfortable. In a meadow of 5000m square bordered by two streams of clear water, The house consists of a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, in which there is also an office and a home cinema. The two bedrooms with a 160cm double bed (Queen size) each enjoy a unique view of the Château de Beynac, one of the two also has a view of the Château de Castelnaud, not overlooked. The bathroom is modest but functional, like the kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated, sofas and armchairs are very comfortable. The house is designed to accommodate 4 guests. In the large garden, there are two streams of clear water as well as a barbecue/brazier. There is also a table and chairs.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement. Maison très bien située, décoration chaleureuse et un très jolie vue. Cependant, nous avons été assez surpris des multiples traces noires de doigts sur les portes ,l’odeur de fumé (cigarette ?) et les encombrants devant la boîte aux lettres. Malgré ça c’était très bien. Merci à vous 😊
