Second time staying in this building. Everything went very smoothly. James & co were very responsive to questions but things went so well that I didn't really need any help!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at James's place in Bucksport! Some of the highlights included: super quiet area, peaceful, wifi worked great, very comfortable bed, spacious, had all amenities we needed, and felt very safe. The view from the living room was awesome since you could see the Penobscot river and bridge directly from the window! The location of the place was perfect for everything we needed too. You are literally just steps from the main street of the town that has some cute shops and restaurants. Friar's Tap Room is a really neat place and has the best lobster rolls! One thing to note is that the town does shut down pretty early and most places are closed by the early evening. We also drove into Bangor which was about a 30 minute drive and then Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor were about an hour drive. Overall we had such an awesome stay and would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area!

James and Tina were incredibly great and responsive hosts. Their house is incredibly great value and within reasonable drivable distances of Acadia and many beautiful towns. Would definitely stay again!
