We don't have AC in the Room Ideally located in a mountain valley, room offers breath taking view of endless mountains. Our Homestay is good for Couples, Honeymooners Situated at a distance of 8 kms from Munnar town, Homestay is in a hill slop, giving excellent view of tea plantation and mountains from the premises. We got 2 Non A/c Rooms for guests with separate door entrance. Means, in the same floor there is a separate room which having separate door entrance. So during your stay other guest may be staying in other room but they wont have any direct access to your room. Our's is a small homestay with basic amenities. So kindly don't expect a luxurious accommodation. Facilities Blacony with Breathtaking View of Mountains Well Furnished Room with Hygienic Bathroom 24 Hours Hot Water Housekeeping Ceiling Fan in Room ( We DON'T HAVE AC in Room) LCD Television in Room (With Only Limited Channels in the Existing Sun Direct Plan) Free High Speed Internet with Wifi Connectivity (Best for those who also prefer to work from here ) Small Working Table with Chair & Plug Point in Room Homely Food On Request Sightseeing Arrangements Off Road Jeep Saffari on Request Trekking Arrangements on Request (Subject to Availability) TV Channels : We do have Sun Direct Connection with Only Limited Channels in the Existing Sun Direct Plan. During Misty and Rainy Time, there may be weak signal issues and channels wont be displaying properly. Remarks : Hot water not available on Shower. Hot water does not come out of the shower head. YOU WILL GET 24 HOURS HOT WATER IN TAP. Only the shower DON'T HAVE hot water availability. Car Parking : Vehicle can be parked in nearby roadside only. Car Parking Area is 75 Meters Distance from the Homestay. From parking, guest have to walk a little steep & climb steps to reach their room ( If needed, We will help you with carrying the luggage) . So our place is not suggestible for aged people or those who having difficulty in walking & climbing steps. Road Condition : From highway aprox 500 meters is steep road SO PLEASE COME SLOWLY in 1st Gear at this point. This is just an information for our guests who arriving. Normally all vehicle including taxis and self driven cars by guests are reaching our area. If you are coming by hired taxi, kindly share this information to the driver well in advance. Remarks : THIS IS ROAD IS RECENTLY CONCRETED and is smooth for travelling now. Remarks : Ours is a Homestay with total 2 Rooms for guests on first floor. Main staircase is common to both rooms (Refer Photographs). However both room have provided with separate balcony space. Each room size with 120 Sqft Care Taker house owner and family staying in the same building in ground floor which is not having any connection with the guest rooms, Our rooms are with all the basic amenities with excellent valley view. Power Back Up (Installed on 19th Jan 2020)* : At the moment we have home inverter back up which powers ONLY for Lights in Balcony, Bedroom & Bathroom. (Power plug points, or any other electrical equipment WILL NOT BE FUNCTIONAL under home inverter back up) AVAILABILITY OF WIFI SIGNAL IF THERE ANY POWER CUT : Wifi will be functional under home inverter back up. That means even if there is any power cut in between, WIFI DEVICE WILL BE FUNCTIONAL and you will be getting internet TEMPERATURE DURING SUMMER ( Feb, March, April, May ) : Being summer , day time temperature will be on hotter side. However by evening, temperature will be coming down & night time it will be cool. We have Ceiling Fan in the room. Please cross check the availability before making payments even if you seeing the dates are available (Especially those guests who make the payment instantly after seeing the room availability) I am Traveling solo.
