Great location, wonderful view, clean and comfortable! All of the main Florence churches and squares are within a 10-15 minute walk. Eugenio is super nice and there to make the stay amazing!

Eugenio’s place is among top 3 airbnb we have ever stayed in. It’s nicely decorated and super clean. We have a family of 4 with kids and the place is very spacious, well laid out and functional. It has a full kitchen and washer that we found very convenient. The location is terrific. It’s in a more local neighborhood by the river with plenty of shops and restaurants around, but within 10 min walking distance from tourist attractions and less than 15 min from the train station. Eugenio is extremely professional yet friendly, very responsive with questions. He let us store our luggage and arranged taxi to the airport when we checked out. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eugenio’s home. The views of the Duomo and the river were amazing. We liked being on the other side of the river, it’s less touristy and quieter, yet only a couple minute, walk to be in the center of all the action. The home was laid out, well, the beds were very comfortable, in the kitchen was well equipped. We were at the home a week, so it was nice to have a washer and dryer. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place, we are hoping to come back soon.

피렌체 의 뷰를 원하신다면 이곳을 강추합니다. 갤러같은 거실. 좋은 침대. 새볔 야경 모두 거실창문으로 즐길수 있고. 호스트도 친절하고 잘 있는지 계속 물어봐주고^^ 4인가족 화장실 좋고. 온수도 안끊기고 수압도 좋아요^^
