Josefina and her husband have an amazing home and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had no issues during our month stay. The location is perfect! 7 mins walking to the Malecon, you can find amazing brunch and dinner spots nearby. Close enough to the night life to walk there but far enough to sleep peacefully at night. We loved our stay and highly recommend. There is a bar directly in front that can get quite loud if you plan to sleep early but we didn’t mind it.

The place had all we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the beach and lots! Of places to eat around.

Location is great. Easy walk to beach/malacon. Bus picks up right at the corner (before making the turn toward Centro so it's never too crowded). It's quiet at night but if you work or need quiet during the day, the bar across the street sounds like it's in your room. Some notes: When you put the trash out, be sure to bring the key so you don't get locked out🫤. Make sure there are enough water gárafons (big drinking water jugs) for your stay so that you don't have to spend a day waiting for the water truck. Josefina responds well within a reasonable time via text (app). And she did come in person right away when the W/D started smoking. She's very sweet. Compared to my 2 other Airbnb's in PV, cost for this unit is much higher after fees/taxes. There are minor things you don't see in photos: like floor tiles are in rough shape (wear shoes!) & the sinks really need to be updated, but overall the place is very clean & *appears* as in the photos. It's ALL about location here!👍👍
