The Riverhouse made a fantastic gathering space for 2 family 6 person stay. Plenty of private space, great kitchen for making meals. 3 bathrooms were ideal! Plan for stairs!

The location of the Brownstone was exactly what we were looking for -> Easy access to Exchange Place PATH, Harbor boat ride, and numerous restaurants. We travelled with three children and if you know how that works then you know space, food, sleep, and a washer / dryer are a definite must. Had to do some work and the WiFi was up to the task (love a good WiFi)…We were all extremely happy with our stay; will certainly give a call on our next vacation. Oh and the parking – there is a parking lot super close with a fee.

Eravamo 7 adulte ed abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti presso la Riverhouse. Ci siamo trovate bene. L’appartamento è comodo ai servizi ed al Path che con mezz’ora ti porta a New York City. Tre bagni e 4 camere da letto si sono rivelate molto comode per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Per concludere: Appartamento che consiglio vivamente . 👍

We had an awesome stay! The place is actually more beautiful in person than in pictures. The apartment is historic and has a lot of charm because of it. We live in an 1800s row home elsewhere so can appreciate the beauty! Incredibly spacious, amazing location and very communicative host. We stayed with my two babies and aside from keeping an eye on the stairs, we found it very comfortable. The location was great. Super close to public transportation and a lot of places within walking distance. The parking lot right in front of the building is super convenient and not bad price at all! The only two things that weren’t “perfect” for us were that some of the AC units in the room were pretty old and that the rooms lacked a lot of wall decor! Very plain walls, which is fine but I found it took away from the charm of the place.
