Beautiful apartment for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom each with a king size bed. The living room and dining room are spacious and beautiful and we used them every day. Two full baths plus a powder room. Very close to the Louvre and Île de France. A special place.

Apartment and location was ideal. In the middle of the city yet protected from the hustle and bustle with the beautiful garden. Highly recommended and hope we can come back soon.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, well equipped, private, and perfectly located within walking distance many of the main attractions. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and Fred made the check in process very easy. They provide you with both a physical notebook of instructions and local recommendations, as well as a QR codes that take you to videos and a website with all of the information you will need. We loved our stay and will book this apartment again when we return to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Parisian apartment. The location in the 1st ar was great. The configuration of the bedrooms was perfect for our family, and we made good use of the kitchen to prepare snacks for our young daughter. Some of the rooms smelled a little stuffy (to be expected with an older apartment with carpeting), and we had some issues with the electrical outlets, but found enough that worked that it wasn’t really a problem. Overall the listing matched the photos and description accurately. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and even helped us arrange car transportation both ways. Highly recommend!

Stunning apartment BUT in dire need of repair and maintenance. Would NOT stay again. Great coms with Fanny and Nastasia, thanks! Check in at 3pm (confirmed weeks in advance) but "Cleaning till 4pm" !?! Floor rugs and other furnishings from photos missing. Many power points not working. Active MOUSE infestation (seen on Christmas day so could not do anything, waited for other maintenance and did not want to do so at Christma). Floors with holes (for mice?) and very noisy where unmaintained. 1 towel per person for 7 day stay (no service). Kitchen poorlystocked, 2 tall water glasses only, no decent tea, cooking oil, etc that you would expect at this price. Even after extended cleaning, crumbs on sideboard and old socks under couch. We use Airbnb the world over and this has been our worst experience; my only bad review. The owners/mangers are trading on the position and bones of the apartment (both amazing) but totally underdeliver on amenity. Five star price but 2 star experience.
