The condo was lovely, cozy, and clean. The view of the beach and ocean was magnificent.

We enjoyed it. The listing says there is a pool. There IS a pool but we were not allowed in it. We were told it would be finished with maintenance on Feb. 28. It was still unavailable on March 11. This was disappointing . The bed skirt was rust (I think) stained and looked dirty. There were no blankets provided. The main bed was comfortable. The balcony was super comfortable and had a lovely ocean view. There’s no closet in the second bedroom. The elevators are in bad shape and filthy dirty. The grounds were clean. Not much space for dogs. We will probably return to Silver Beach.

had a great stay, the condo was in great shape, looked relatively newly renovated. Bed linens and mattress were new. Beach was wonderful, The whole city is still doing repairs afetr Hurricane Sally, so the surrounding buildings had some noisy work going on. But nothing in this building, but something to check on. The city makes you sign a waiver on the noise before you can check in. Look forward to returning, and the service form Alabama getaway was outstanding. My sister in law left her laptop and they were very responsive and returned the laptop

The ease of all verbal/text communication prior to check in was appreciated. Room was nicely appointed and very clean! Ocean views from the living room and bedroom were spectacular! Then we had the luxury of both sunrise and sunset beach walks! Access is basically out of the main door and a ramp with a convenient hose for rinsing off the sand. A lovely NON-smoking clean sleeping environment with lush towels and a great shower or soaking tub. Pet friendly but no barking dogs - so everyone is respectful! Suggest: bring extra daily items as the supply is there, but limited! (paper towels, toilet paper etc). We plan on booking this place again in the Spring!

Nice beachfront condo with beautiful ocean view and great location near restaurants, shops, etc. Its on Perdido Beach Blvd, so we didn't have to drive more than a few minutes to restaurants. There's a Rouse's and Walmart right across the street and a nail salon and some souvenir shops. The master bedroom also has a view of the ocean and there's a patio off the bedroom. We spent a lot of time out there. I was in the spare room, which wasn't quite as nice as it was smaller and had no ocean view. It lacked an overhead fan. I'm used to one when I sleep, so I got a little hot the first night. I mentioned it to the office and they were nice enough to bring me a box fan. The condo was very clean and quiet. I didn't even hear my neighbors. We were on the 4th floor and had a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the ocean! The decor is light and beachy but understated. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, silverware, coffee maker and pots and pans. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit. One thing: bring toilet paper. They only provide one roll. I would stay here again!
