We had a wonderful stay at Yukiko and Tom’s place. We are so glad we stayed at their home and in the Kiso Valley. They are helpful, kind and friendly hosts. Any questions we had either before or during our stay were always answered very quickly and politely. The model house is a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully designed and has a wonderful atmosphere. It is very easy to relax and enjoy your time here. It was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. All the details have been thought of to make this a special place for a holiday. It was so good to return to this fabulous home after exploring different parts of the Kiso Valley. We absolutely loved it here and would gladly stay again. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for everything Yukiko and Tom. All the best to you and your family. Very interesting place to stay in the mountains. Warm and comfortable, it has an amazing reheating bath - we are very jealous! The house is right next to the village road that is a bit noisy in the mornings/evenings. The cafe next door isn’t always open, so best to check, as are other options in Harano. There is an amazing farmers cooperative road stop on the main road 10 minutes walk away. The Japanese Italian restaurant does exactly what you’d expect - yum!

Wat een fijn en prachtig huis op een mooie lokatie. De kachel was ook heerlijk en gezellig 's avonds. Het huis was nog mooier dan de omschrijving. Wij hebben genoten.
