Spacious, brilliantly ventilated room in a centrally-located home. Room has a private balcony, private bathroom, AC, Wi-Fi and a dedicated work desk. Part of a 2 bedroom flat. This room is set aside from the rest of the house so you'll be able to access the room and the shared kitchen without ever having to access the rest of the areas; which is where I live. The place is secure and has plenty of tree cover. There is zero noise of traffic or people. We're a stone's throw distance from Manipal hospital. Plenty of beaches and view points lie within 500 meters. If you're into fitness, the road here is great for everyday running and cycling, and safe beaches to swim are all around. All food and grocery delivery services(Swiggy, Blinkit, Instamart, Zomato) work well.

Vino was a great host. Always responsive, helpful and flexible with my late arrival. Clean and comfortable stay at a great price.
Vinod is a gem of a person! So forwardly kind and thoughtful. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about Goa and India in general. As far as the apartment goes, 5 stars all the way haha! It’s clean, everything works the way it should, and it’s a very safe neighborhood. But know that Dona Paula is a chill, residential area so if you want to be close to the party scene, better to go for the north.
I had a great stay at Vinod’s place. The room offers complete privacy, though Vinod was available and kind enough to offer help whenever needed. He is also very knowledgeable about all things Goa (for example, birding and outdoor sports options :)) so was a great resource. The location is quiet, very safe and yet close to most major areas of the city. The room itself is neat and tidy, well ventilated. I would recommend this place for folks looking for a quick stay and value for money.

- You’ll be in Dona Paula. It’s an upscale residential neighbourhood in Panjim. Locality is quiet, has great tree cover, low traffic and is secure.
- Plenty of beaches (Miramar, Hawaii, Caranzalem), Cabo view point, Dona Paula Jetty are all a short walk away.
- You're equidistant from North and South Goa.
- You’re also a quick 10 min drive away from downtown, and the freeway which takes you to South or North Goa.
- If you’re into outdoors, you’ll love the area. The road starting from here to GMC is great for cycling & running. And if you’re a water baby, kayaking, sailing, sea swimming sessions are all close by.
- We're located on a small hill. So the road ascends and is steeper than other parts of Panjim. Comfortable if you're walking or driving, but depending on your fitness, cycling up will take a few trials.
- Supermarket, eateries and restaurants are barely a few lanes down.
Buses, pilots(two-wheeler taxis) & two-wheeler rentals are available barely 200 metres away at Dona Paula circle.
If I happen to be heading your way, you're more than welcome to hitch a ride.
