we decided to book this stay last minute to split up a long drive. After we booked the room Carlin messaged to let us know of a maintenance issue. She immediately had multiple options to help remedy the situation. after great communication we settled on one of her first options. she worked non stop untill we well taken care of. Carlin has multiple listings and they all look great. the pictures of the listing do not do them justice. we will definitely be back. ---Carlin did have the maintenance issue fix right away and we look forward to staying there next time.

All was great until our second night when a loud ringing / squealing noise started around 10pm and went off ALL NIGHT LONG every 20 - 30 minutes until we checked out. It sounded it like it was coming from piping as it was the same noise you heard when the water was turned on. We messaged the host first thing in the morning and got no response. I even offered to share recordings of the noise. We came to have a quiet and relaxing weekend and left more tired than we came.

beautiful stay. Just as described. All the needed amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend, you will be pleased.

It is a beautiful cabin on top of a hill overlooking the main building. It felt private and fairly secluded and was peaceful and quiet. When entering, there was a strong odor of smoke from the fireplace and there are multiple light switches to figure out, when they are all on, it is still fairly dark, but everything was beautiful and seemed clean. If you are near six feet tall, be careful as the entry door is short and you are likely to hit your head (trust me, it hurts!). The dishes must be hand washed, so hopefully the person before you did a good job! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family of four. We chose the cabin because of the hot tub, but were a little disappointed with how small it was. It has four seats, but with three in the tub, water was pouring over the side, so only three of us used it. We would definitely stay at Four Fillies again, but would likely stay in a different cabin next time.

We loved our stay at the wilderness lodge. Beautiful and rustic cabin with everything you could need for a weekend away. Gorgeous fire place, great porch sitting, comfortable furniture, stocked with kitchen utensils, and everything was so clean. Carlin was so responsive and so accommodating - absolutely wonderful to work with her. Will definitely be back!
