Condo accommodates up to 6 guests. Master Bedroom. King bed in the master. Second Bedroom. Queen in the second bedroom Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Location: Just one block to the beach and boardwalk. Private deck with views of Avila Beach & San Luis Bay Washer and dryer on-site HDTV in living room, wireless internet access, Dining Room: circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. This property does not have air conditioning or a BBQ. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to a) bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture and b) take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog.

This has by far been our favorite spot to stay in Avila. It’s even more beautiful than the photos! The patio is very big and spacious and has the most incredible view. The location is amazing and listening to the waves at night was very peaceful. Beds are super comfortable and parking is great (garage and a guest spot). We were very happy with our stay and will definitely book again!

My family and I loved this condo. Clean and roomy with a beautiful patio area and a view of the ocean. Exactly what we wanted and needed! We were contacted to let us know the door code and that we could check in an hour early. It’s a sleepy little town which is perfect for young children. The kitchen had everything we needed so easy to cook meals. We want to go back next year!
We had a wonderful stay! The location is one block from the beach and the main strip. We loved sitting on the deck watching and hearing the waves crash. We’re hoping to return again next summer. Highly recommend!
