This place is great for any event, but was ideal for derby day. Very close to the track and easy to access. The hosts were top notch. The house is in excellent condition and absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We love our neighborhood. Neighbors are all helpful and friendly.

Neighborhood coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance. On Derby day walking to Churchill Downs may be faster than driving. There is also a bus stop very close to the house.
