Terry and Brett are outstanding hosts. I stayed for four nights during my Mayo visits. They let me check-in and check out out of their normal hours which helped a lot because of my flight arrival and late departure flight times. the place is clean and looks exactly as posted. They have made the unit so comfortable with very nice decoration, kitchen spices, toiletries, and general household supplies. The bed was very comfortable with clean ample linens. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and spices. The washer and dryer are a big plus. I locked myself out and Terry was kind enough to come open the door for me ( it is key coded but I somehow went blank on the code the last day). Lovely people. Lovely place. Very easy walk to Mayo. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you very much Terry and Brett for a wonderful stay and thank you for going over and above to make my stay comfortable.

Older 4 plex a mile from Mayo clinic. Comfortable, cozy, with a small kitchen containing anything you’d need to prepare meals if you want to cook. Plenty of towels and access to do laundry if you beed to.We enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy, Comfortable apartment.Terri promptly answered any questions. Having access to a washer and dryer was really helpful considering we ended up at Mayo’s for about 5 extra days . Apartment was only 1.5 miles from Mayo Clinic.

Lovely old apartment. Very tidy and clean. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable, great value.
