mum and I just left after a 3 night stay. we only live 40 mins away and wanted somewhere to stay near the beach and with a room we could sew a quilt together. we also brought my 2 dogs, who loved the garden..lots to sniff. The house really does need some TLC in places, but we enjoyed the space and it served its purpose for our stay. I would certainly recommend a stay here.
Great spot by the coast with a homely feel and everything we needed for a brill couple of nights. The dog particularly liked the garden which was very well looked after. Carl was very quick to respond and the tips for where to eat/visit/etc were very much appreciated. Would definitely come back!
very good communication. easy entry on arrival. .property was big enough for the three of us. property was clean but could do with a refresh, particularly in the bathrooms. overall a good short break for three adults
Nice bungalow in a quiet area with a secure garden for the dogs. The place is a little tired and in need of some work but it’s clean, spacious, comfortable and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

So whether you stay at our spacious 3 bed family size Sunshine Cottage in Chapel St Leonards or Cute Coconut Cottage in Sutton on Sea or Cosy & Romantic Fisherman's Cottage with its Log Burner and the Beach across the road, You can be sure of a homely relaxing stay whichever cottage you choose.
