Overall, we didn’t think this place was worth $1,500/night because we couldn’t use one of the bedrooms (bedroom 1) since there were 2 cockroaches there in the basement – one huge one and another small one. We also saw a small one in the kitchen sink during our stay. “Bedroom 1” is in the basement so that’s what they mean by “lower level. “Bedroom 2” is on the second floor and is TINY. This is a 130 year old house FYI. The master bedroom had no space to hang our clothes. The entire open closet was filled with the owner’s clothes and accessories so you have nowhere to put your things. Lastly, when we brought the roach up at the end of our stay (we didn’t bother to bring it up earlier because we didn’t want an exterminator to be sent with babies crawling around and exposing them to the toxic chemicals), the owners were very rude and they kept calling roaches “bugs”. I’m sorry roaches are not just any bug. They’re disgusting period. Been here 16+ years and never lived with them 🤢

This is the best place to stay with a family of older kids especially! It has division of space that allows everyone privacy to have chill time, and it is incredibly decorated! We are clean freaks and even though their things were in it, it was very clean and lovely. Love the location, the communication, the vibe. And - waking up AND going to bed in that main bedroom MADE my trip another level of amazing! THE BEST city view perch of joy!!!! Don’t look any further, this place is an absolute GEM!!!!

Andi’s wonderful greenpoint home was the perfect choice. I had my family stay here while visiting me in nyc, and they loved it. Would highly recommend.

Wow! This place is amazing. It is one of the most beautiful large homes we’ve stayed in. (The decorating is so cool.) The owners are incredibly friendly and responsive. They made themselves available for any reason. You could tell they wanted us to have the absolute best stay. Oh, and did I mention the view from the roof patio upstairs? Ah-maz-ing. Very hard to leave this beautiful place.

Amazing location and fantastic hosts. Stayed for a month and had everything I needed.
