Tucked away, this detached property is a perfect choice for those looking to experience some of the Kent countryside but still close to village and town amenities. It boasts stunning views across to Romney Marsh, which can be admired from the large windows in the living room and the bedrooms. Stairs give access to the main entrance of the property, which leads into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, whilst the lower floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. This property has great mod cons such as free Wi-Fi, a Smart television with Netflix and underfloor heating on the lower floor. The property also has an electric vehicle charging point, (payable to the owner directly). Within walking distance is a large playing green with a children’s play area, as well as a pub serving traditional food and two local shops. The area is also great for taking scenic family walks or cycling. Enjoy a family day out at Port Lympne Zoo, just a 5-minute drive from the property. From the nearby main town of Ashford, you can catch the Eurostar to France or Brussels, or enjoy a trip to London for the day! Nice ‘upside down’ place, meaning entry is to the top level only which brings you into the kitchen and living room, downstairs are the bedrooms and the other two bathrooms. I would stay again, however my main gripe is the dogs constantly barking from around 7-7:30am and in the evenings past 10pm. In addition if you have 2 cars it seems to be awkward for the landlady as they live next door and park next to the accommodation. The photograph is a little deceiving showing all the space in the front of the building, unfortunately it isn’t the case. In short, nice and clean, good price but not a relaxing experience.

Great place to stay, very well presented. It has everything you need and the host offers lovely touches like a filter tap water, Range cooker, flowers, fruit, milk, filter coffee and biscuits. Loved every min there. The area is lush and a beach and epic zoo and safari is so close. Defo eat at the local Walnut tree put 2 mins walk away. Staff are so friendly and the food is great. If you say you're part of the Walnut tree family, you ask get a discount too.
