Clean, tidy and excellent reception staff

We stayed there during river fire and we got access to the balcony to watch the fireworks. It was really nice as we get to avoid the crowds. The place is also spacious and clean.

One door from the bedroom to the balcony was missing the complete barrel lock and no runners so the apartment was not secure. This was reported but we were advised could not be fixed until the Monday after we checked out. The apartment is in disrepair and need of a good clean. Stains on the couch, dining room chairs missing screws on the seat pads, carpets were dirty, furniture dirty and missing knobs. The carpet in the second bedroom was wet and the dishwasher did not drain well and leaked. When we reported this to reception they sent someone from maintenance to look while we were out and we were advised the dishwasher pipe was not connected properly and that was the cause of the wet carpet. We were advised it was fixed. It was not. The dishwasher leaked again all across the kitchen floor and the carpet was wet again. We were provided extra towels to clean it up ourselves. Check in is not through locked box as per ad and we were charged a $200 security deposit that is not advised.
