Very friendly accommodation right on the Ring of Beara. German and English speaking emigrant couple, one room(king size) with a large bathroom. Wifi, parking and large garden to relax. Also a very good breakfast. Varied for longer stays. Our room is equipped with a large king size ! The room have TV and WiFi! We are only 55 km from Kerry Airport and you are landing in one of the most beautiful and spectacular corners of Ireland! There is a lot going on from here! Famous the Ring of Kerry and the Beara Ring with its wildly romantic lakes and waterfalls! Our hometown is Kenmare and has about 2750 inhabitants. In addition, there is a completely professionally furnished cosmetic studio with 26 years of experience. About facial treatment, med. Foot care or massages. Creative workshop for stone painting possible for a small fee !!

Gloria and Jens are excellent hosts. Both where extremely welcoming and very enjoyable to chat with. Can't fault anything about the stay. Fantastic breakfast provided also with plenty of options to choose from.

What can I say?! Gloria and Jens were absolutely wonderful hosts! So friendly and love sitting and chatting with them at the end of the evening. Both hosts were great! Super friendly and full of helpful advice. It was a great place to start for the Beara ring and the Ring of Kerry but the Beara ring was much better . Don’t miss it! An amazing breakfast. The whole stay we felt right at home.

Gloria und Jens sind sehr zwei sehr aufgeschlossene, lustige und äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück sah wirklich so aus wie den Bildern und ist der Hammer ❤️ Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Außerdem wurden uns super Tourenvorschläge und Einkehrmöglichkeiten gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles und weiter so! Familie Niedermaier

Gloria und Jens sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die sich viel Zeit für ihre Gäste nehmen und viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung geben. Besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr leckere und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, welches liebevoll nach unseren Wünschen und Ernährungsvorlieben zubereitet wurde. Die Unterkunft liegt ideal um den Ring of Beara und den Ring of Kerry zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We live directly on the wildly romantic Ring of Beara about 4 km from Kenmare. The Ring of Beara is the insider tip among tourists. With its breathtaking natural landscape and beauty, it captivates everyone. Don't miss the breathtaking Glenichaquin Park with its waterfall and the botanical Dereen Garden. Nearby you should take a trip to Helen's Bar and enjoy mussels and a freshly tapped pint at the old Beara pier. Eyries dreamily colorful and picturesque located on the Atlantic. If you want to be completely quiet and secluded, take a hell ride in the only cable car on Dursey Island at the end of the peninsula. There you can explore the small island on foot and simply enjoy the silence and the bird life!
Castletownbere a lovely fishing town with its ships and colorful houses can be reached over the legendary Healy Pass with breathtaking views. Also visit the botanical island of Garnish Island with its seals in Glengarriff. There is also the Bamboo Garden and some insider tips that we would like to share with you on site. Definitely a highlight, the Dzogchen Beara Buddhist Center directly on the cliffs, which is accessible to every visitor! Maybe a meditation or just a coffee with a magnificent view of the sea?
